Eating healthy means following a healthy eating pattern that includes a variety of nutritious foods and drinks. It also means getting the number of calories that’s right for you (not eating too much or too little). We provide guidance and support on healthy eating habits regarding meal plans, snacking, and dietary supplements. You'll know how to manage eating out, nutrition, and exercise.
Improving body composition
We help people improve their body composition. Improving body composition means decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass, or both. Body composition is the ratio of fat, muscle, bone, and water in the body. It's an important indicator of health and wellness, and can be improved through a combination of diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

I started working out with Brittany (my personal trainer) in February 2024. I initially struggling with knee aches due to arthritis and needing support to get up and down from the floor. Thanks to her expertise in low-impact exercises, my knees and overall mobility have significantly improved. Not to mention the 20+ weight loss and I can wear my stilettos again. Feeling fabulous at 67.

I completed an 8 week weight loss challenge with Transfigure Fitness and did more than I thought I could. Brittany is amazing! She was with me every step of the way with nutrition and exercise.
